I’ve been personal training people from all walks of life for over 20 years. I believe in improving the major components of fitness—strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, agility, mobility/flexibility, and healthy body composition.
I don’t train any client in a fixed way because every person has different goals, physiology, recovery ability, and needs. Every program is customized. What stays constant is the priority to keep clients injury-free while delivering results.
